Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of cross-border network acceleration services between users and CKVPN ("the Service"). Registering an account or using the Service means you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not register or use the Service.

1. Service Content and Scope

The Service provides subscription-based cross-border network acceleration covering 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with clients available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Specific plans, data allowances, and pricing are as published on the pricing page: monthly subscriptions are $9.9/month with 60GB, $18/month with 250GB, and $28/month with 500GB, with data resetting monthly on the activation date; data packs are $158 for 300GB, $358 for 1000GB, and $658 for 3000GB, valid until used with no expiration date. The Service reserves the right to adjust routes and optimize network architecture; such adjustments are not considered a change to service content.

2. Account and Subscription Rules

Registration requires only a username and password; no email address is needed. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, and any loss resulting from lost or leaked credentials is the user's own responsibility. Subscriptions are for use by an individual and their own devices, with no limit on the number of simultaneous connections; however, subscription links and accounts may not be resold, rented, or shared publicly with third parties for compensation or free of charge. If resale or public distribution is confirmed, the Service reserves the right to restrict or terminate the account, and any fees already paid will not be refunded.

3. Compliant Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and the location where the Service is used. The Service may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: attacking, intruding on, or scanning others' systems, sending spam, distributing infringing or unlawful content, or any other conduct that infringes on the lawful rights of third parties. Any legal liability arising from a user's non-compliant use is borne solely by the user and is unrelated to the Service.

4. Payment, Billing, and Refunds

The Service accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Monthly subscriptions are billed based on the activation date, with data resetting monthly; when upgrading a plan during a subscription period, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Refund policy: within 14 days of the first payment, a full refund may be requested if the user is unsatisfied with the Service; this guarantee applies only to an account's first payment order — renewal orders and data pack purchases are not eligible for no-reason refunds, except in cases of prolonged unavailability caused by a fault in the Service itself, which may be resolved through a support ticket. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and arrival time depends on the payment channel.

5. Availability and Disclaimer

Network services are affected by international link conditions, upstream carriers, force majeure, and other factors, and the Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of any route at all times. Routine maintenance or route adjustments will be announced in advance where possible. For access issues caused by the user's device environment, local network restrictions, or changes in third-party platform policies (such as adjustments to regional detection by streaming or AI services), the Service will assist with troubleshooting, but this does not constitute a breach of contract. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect losses or loss of profits; total liability is capped at the subscription fees paid by the user for the current period.

6. Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

The Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if any of the following occur: violation of the usage rules in Section 2, violation of the compliance requirements in Section 3, or obtaining or interfering with the Service through improper means. Users may also stop using the Service and deactivate their account at any time; the remaining portion of a subscription is not refunded upon deactivation (except for refund requests made within 14 days of the first payment). Any revisions to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page, along with the revised version. Continued use of the Service after a revision is published constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us through a support ticket in the user panel.
