QUICKSTART · Getting Started
Quickstart: From Signup to a Working Connection
Five steps, done in order. Each one tells you where to click, what you'll see, and what comes next. No email address needed anywhere, and your first payment carries a 14-day full refund.
STEP 01
Sign Up
Open the user panel signup page. There are only three fields on it: username, password, and confirm password. Signing up with CKVPN requires no email address — just a username and a password, and nothing else is asked of you. Click the sign-up button and the page will briefly load, then automatically take you to the panel homepage, which means your account is created and you're already logged in.
One thing worth knowing upfront: since there's no email tied to your account, your password is the only way to recover it. It's a good idea to save your username and password in a password manager right when you sign up, rather than relying on browser autofill. A username can't be changed once registered, so pick one you'll remember — it's never shown publicly anyway.
Right after signing up you'll land on the panel homepage with no plan active yet and an empty server list — that's expected. Next, activate a plan.
STEP 02
Choose a Plan and Complete Payment
Find "Plans" in the panel's sidebar (or top menu on narrow screens), or go straight to the plans page. Two kinds of products are listed there — worth knowing the difference before you buy:
- Monthly plans: $9.9/mo with 60GB, $18/mo with 250GB, $28/mo with 500GB. Data resets every month on your billing date; upgrading mid-cycle prorates the difference for the days remaining, so you never lose what you've already paid for. This is the pick for everyday use.
- Data packages: $158 for 300GB, $358 for 1000GB, $658 for 3000GB. Use it until it's gone — it never expires, which suits irregular usage or anyone who'd rather not renew monthly.
If you're not sure which tier to pick, check the comparison table on the plans page first; for a first purchase, starting small and upgrading later (with prorated credit) keeps the cost of trying it out low. Once you've decided, click the button on the plan card to reach order confirmation, check the plan name and amount, then pick a payment method — Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT are all supported. Alipay and WeChat Pay show a QR code to scan; USDT gives you an address and amount to transfer to.
Once payment goes through, the order page automatically refreshes to "Completed" and your account activates instantly — no manual approval wait. If the page hasn't updated after a while, refresh the order page once; if it's still not showing, open a ticket in the panel. Also worth noting: your first payment carries a 14-day full refund — if you're not happy with it, just file a ticket in the panel during that window; this is spelled out in the Terms of Service.
STEP 03
Get Your Subscription Link From the User Panel
Once payment is active, return to the panel homepage. A subscription section will show your current plan name, remaining data, and a unique subscription link — this is the core piece behind every client setup that follows. Click the copy button next to the link to save it to your clipboard.
A subscription link looks something like this (the example below is just a format sample, not a real address):
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
Three things worth knowing about this link: first, it's tied to your account and your clients use it to pull the server list and data balance, so don't share it with anyone — a leaked link means someone else is using your account; second, if you suspect it's leaked, you can reset the subscription in the panel to instantly invalidate the old link, then just re-import the new one on your own devices; third, when servers are added or removed you don't need to buy anything new — just run "Update Subscription" in your client to get the latest list.
STEP 04
Import the Subscription on Your Client
Always get clients from the panel's download section, which lists the currently recommended version and how to get it for each platform. This site never links installers directly from marketing pages — use the panel entry point instead. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with no device limit — the same subscription link can be reused across all of your devices. Below is where to import on each platform.
Windows
Get the Windows client from the panel's download section and install it; after first launch it usually sits in the system tray. Open the main window, find the "Subscription" or "Profiles" tab, click "Add Subscription" / "Import from URL," paste in the link you copied in Step 3, and click "Update." A successful update fills in the server list — you'll see 200+ servers organized by region. Then switch to the "Proxy" or "Servers" tab, pick one, and flip the main toggle on. If your client has a "System Proxy" switch, turn that on too, or browser traffic won't route through the connection.
macOS
The macOS flow closely mirrors Windows: get the client from the panel's download section, and after install the icon appears in the top-right menu bar. Click it to open the panel, go to "Subscription Management," choose "Add from URL," paste the link, and update. The first time you connect, macOS will prompt you to authorize a network extension or helper component — that's a normal macOS security step, just enter your login password to allow it. You only need to authorize once; future connects won't ask again.
Android
Get the Android client from the panel's download section following the on-screen instructions. Open the app, tap the "+" or "New Profile" button, choose "Import from URL" from the list (some clients also read your clipboard automatically and prompt you to import when you open the app right after copying the link), paste your subscription link, and save. Back on the main screen, pull down to refresh the subscription once, then pick a server from the list and tap connect. The first time you connect, Android will show a "Connection Request" dialog asking to set up a VPN connection — that's Android's standard permission flow, just tap "OK" and it won't ask again.
iOS
Get the iOS client from the App Store — the panel's download section notes which compatible client is currently recommended and how to get it. After installing, open the app, go to subscription or profile management, choose "Add Subscription," paste the link, and download the profile. The first time you connect, iOS will show a "VPN Configuration" prompt; tap "Allow," authenticate with your device passcode or Face ID, and the profile gets added to system settings. From then on you can toggle the connection inside the app, or check VPN status at the top of the system Settings app. If you get an error downloading the subscription, first make sure the link is complete with no stray spaces, then check the troubleshooting section in the AI Access Guide.
Linux
Linux is supported too — check the panel's download section for the currently recommended client and command-line options. Configuration details vary too much by distro to cover here; see the developer scenarios chapter in the AI Access Guide.
STEP 05
Connect and Verify
Once import is done, pick a server from your client's list. For a first run, a nearby Asia-Pacific server (like Tokyo or Singapore) usually shows the clearest connectivity; you can switch servers by purpose later — see the server type notes on the servers page for guidance. Select a server and flip the connect switch — your client's status bar should show "Connected."
Don't just take that on faith — verify with your exit IP: open this site's IP lookup page, which shows your current exit IP and its location. If the location now matches the server you connected to (say, you connected to Tokyo and it now shows Japan), the connection is working, and all traffic routed through it exits from that location. If it still shows your original location, traffic isn't going through the connection — the most common cause is the system proxy being off on Windows, or a browser extension bypassing the proxy; check both and try again.
Once verified, setup is complete. Day-to-day, there are only two things to do: toggle the connection, and occasionally update the subscription in your client. The same subscription link can be imported on any of your other devices, with no device limit, using the exact same steps above.
APPENDIX
Common Issues, Quick Reference
- Payment went through but the plan isn't active: refresh the order page; if it still hasn't updated, file a ticket in the panel with your order number.
- Server list is empty after importing the subscription: usually a partial copy or a stray space at the start/end of the link — delete it, paste again, and manually update the subscription.
- Connected but pages won't load: try a different server; on Windows, check the system proxy switch; if it's still not working, go through the troubleshooting checklist in the AI Access Guide.
- A specific AI tool won't connect: AI services tend to be more sensitive to exit conditions — try an IEPL server first; the reasons and server-picking strategy are covered in the AI Access Guide.
